Amy Callahan has been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 20 years, and a licensed massage therapist since 2004. Her style is part teacher, part coach, inspiring mindful, purposeful movement with a playful spirit. Drawing from her expertise in multiple disciplines, Amy crafts custom, dynamic programs to build better balance, functional strength, and agility.
Amy has experience in a wide variety of settings, both aquatic and land-based. She was an exercise specialist and massage therapist for Performax Physical Therapy in Denver, Colorado. In addition, she has taught hundreds of classes in health clubs and recreation centers including Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Dance, Sports Conditioning, HIIT, Silver Sneakers, Parkinson’s Gait and Agility, Stretch and Balance, Aqua Arthritis and Healthy Bones just no name a few.
When she isn’t working, Amy enjoys biking, dancing, cooking, and adventuring with her energetic children.
